After years of working in technology, non-profit associations, and banking, Elias served as a devoted caregiver to his husband until his passing.
A year later, in his late 50's, Elias was diagnosed with ADHD. Having never considered that he might have an actual condition rather than just being disorganized and prone to procrastination, receiving his diagnosis was an epiphany.
Now, Elias is dedicated to helping people in similar situations cope with ADHD. He presents information gathered from diverse sources, including personal experience, extensive research, and stories from others who have experienced the revelation of suddenly understanding why they are the way they are. His book, "ADHD: You're Not Alone," offers valuable insights and practical advice for adult men diagnosed with ADHD later in life.
Elias's mission is to raise awareness about adult ADHD and provide support to those who, like him, received a late diagnosis. Through his writing and advocacy work, he aims to help others embrace their neurodiversity and develop tools to thrive in both personal and professional settings.
